New Front Door Deck and Stairs
This new cedar deck is approximately 6 ft by 18 ft, 2 ft above ground, with aluminum railings. It has 3-step stairs and full skirting.
New Front Landing, Stairs, and Deck
This new landing is approximately 6.5 ft by 4 ft, 2 ft above ground, with 8 ft wide 4-step stairs. This structure covers existing concrete stairs that were partially removed. The new adjoining ground-level deck is approximately 6.5 ft by 12 ft. Railings from the old stairs were saved and installed on the new stairs.
Replace Old Stairs with New Steel Stringer Stairs
The 1st picture shows the old stairs when they were new, but they had deteriorated and moved since then. The old stairs and railings were removed and the boards covering the front of the upper deck were also removed and replaced with new ones covering the entire front of the upper deck. Then, the new stairs were assembled using 4 steel stair stringers and 2x12" pressure treated treads. The new stairs were installed and the old railings were re-installed. See picture 2.
New Front Door Landing and Stairs with 2 Railings
This new landing is approximately 7 ft wide by 4.5 ft, 2.5 ft above ground, with 4-step stairs and full wood railings on both sides. It was built over existing concrete stairs.
New Landing and Stairs in Garage
The first picture is original 3 ft by 4 ft landing and stairs. It was removed and replaced with a 4 ft by 10 ft landing with an extra step to bring the landing up to the bottom of the door. The space at the end of the landing without railings is for a future chest freezer.
New Side Door Landing and Stairs
This new landing is approximately 4 ft by 5 ft, 3 ft above ground, with 7-step stairs and full wood railings. It was built over existing concrete stairs.
Matching Landing and Stairs on House Trailer
These new landings are approximately 5 ft by 4 ft, 3 ft above ground, with 5-step stairs and full wood railings. They are identical, except face in opposite directions
Another Front Door Landing and Stairs
This new landing is approximately 6 ft by 4 ft, 2 ft above ground, with 4-step stairs and wood railings without balusters.
