Existing Deck Resurfacing and New Lattice Railings and Skirting

The stairs, railings, and decking were replaced on this existing 10 ft by 12 ft deck. New privacy lattice was added from ground level to top of railings.

New Privacy Screens Added to Existing Deck

New posts were added to this existing flat deck and then framed using pressure treated boards. Privacy lattice was attached to complete the new screens.

Privacy Screens Added to Existing Deck Railing

The existing railing posts were replaced with new posts 18 inches higher. Then frames were built on top of the existing railings using the new posts and 2x4 and 2x2 pressure treated lumber (1st picture). Privacy lattice was attached in the frames and 1x1 strips were used to finish the inside (2nd and 3rd picture).
